Cost does not appear to equal quality
I have carried a continuity tester for many years and use it regularly. Over the years I have had several and they have all failed after extensive use. I therefore wanted a better quality one and the PoE tester was a useful extra so bought this. It was more expensive so I expected it to be better quality but so far I am not happy. Out of the box the battery connector is loose so makes poor contact. There is a tiny piece of foam inside the battery lid which does not stop the battery moving about, it needs foam around the battery. It does not come with a protective case which the cheap ones generally do. These points are important if it is carried in a work bag. So in summary, I have to take the battery padding and the case from my old one and I need to fix the battery connection.

Won't measure Passive PoE
The quality seems fine but it doesn't seem to be able to measure Passive PoE. We use a lot of Ubiquiti wireless and was hoping to be able to fault find using this. Hopefully the manufacture can explain.
