Did not receive item as advertised. Very poor quality.Here are my issues:1) The headband has "Love" in golden print around it. Why the hell would I want to train with that?2) It is not an improved design as they advertise it to be, it's a cheap headband with no way to connect the string the band.3) In the picture is shows a metal clip that connect to the band but I did not recieve a clip and there is no loop on the band to connect the clip or even tie the rope through the loop.I thought I would save a few bucks by getting this product from this seller, had I known I would receive this junk I would've spent a couple extra dollars for a BETTER quality one. Disappointing

So simple yet very effective. One of the best $12 purchases I've ever made. It may look silly, but it takes some time to get your rhythm and get the ball going...it's a great, fun workout! I can't say that it's making me super coordinated but I get better each time I use it. Hopefully these skills will reflect in my boxing classes. Just go ahead and buy it!
