Just spray and very little rubbing. Usually just a hose down gets everything. Not sure what ‘screen filler’ is? **Q: Will this remove water based diazo emulsion?** A: I have had no problem using this to remove both Ecotex emulsion and the Speedball diazo emulsion that I use. A little should go a long way. **Q: Has anyone had an issue with this not removing Ecotex emulsion?
