All Pure Ceremonial Grade Matcha green tea powder. 12 single serve pods (will fit K-Cup 1.0 and 2.0 Keurig brand machines) are of some of the highest quality Matcha directly from Japan. Our single serve pods, like all of our products, are recyclable. For those that want more green tea in their diet but less tea taste, put some of that skinny, ubiquitous bean, vanilla, into your matcha tea. We promise the Pure Matcha is the highest ceremonial grade from Japan. Matcha is ground green tea, so all of the usual benefits from drinking green tea are present, but in much, much greater quantities because you are consuming the leaves themselves, not just what you can seep out of them. A cup of matcha, for instance, has ten times the amount of antioxidants than a cup of green tea has. Matcha also contains polyphenols, L-theanine and EGCG. Calling matcha ceremonial grade isn’t just a fancy label to make you pay a premium - it is a label that matcha has to earn. TruMatcha provides you with high-quality ceremonial grade matcha because it’s the best kind of matcha you can have: originating in Japan (likely from Nishio or Uji), shade-grown (allowing for its intense green color), lightly sweet (a product of growing in shade and an indicator of L-theanine) and distinct in its texture (a silky powder that is incredibly fine.) So, the next time you see matcha and it has a strange yellow or brown tinge, keep in mind, it’s probably not a ceremonial grade. * TruMatcha is not affiliated with Keurig Inc. Won't work with my Keurig! But does taste great once you finally get it to brew
I was so excited when I found organic Matcha Vanilla Latte single cups for my Keurig brewer but I had a feeling it might be too good to be true... i bought this along with some plain Matcha kcups by Enso Tea iMatcha Prestige Single Serve Cups (18 Count) - Organic Ceremonial S Grade Matcha - USDA Organic and had the same disappointment with both. I think because of the very fine consistency of the matcha powder. It's too fine for the brewing system so it sticks to the bottom of the k-cup and makes the whole machine stop and an error message shows up saying there isn't enough "water pressure". On my first try I went through 3 kcups before giving up. Since I'd already used 3 of them I figured I wouldn't be able to return it so my boyfriend had the bright idea to poke 3 more holes in the bottom of the kcup before putting it into the Keurig. The Keurig pokes a hole at the top and then another at the bottom of the kcup which isn't enough for the fine matcha powder to filter though. With the additional holes poked into the bottom - it worked! So now I take a pin and poke a few extra holes in the kcup before I brew them, but this kind of defeats the purpose of the quick/easy convenience of using kcups and a Keurig brewer. The taste and quality of the matcha itself is great which is why I gave it 3 stars, it's not too sweet either which I love.It just won't brew in the Keurig as it is supposed to. I'm curious if anyone else had this issue,

Makes light matcha
I guess I like extra matcha powder in my tea. It would be better if there was double the amount of matcha in the container. It comes out watery even on the lower size/strong setting on the keurig.

Very Good matcha
It has a really good taste I struggle at first preparing it, you have to prepare it in the hot cocoa setting, and it turns very good, the reason I took a star out is because it is not label individually, so if you have several kcups displaying you don’t know witch one is the matcha. The one with the pink ring is the matcha. But it is a really good tea.

Delicious organic matcha made easy
This delicious organic matcha is so easy to make on my Keurig 2.0. For the many years I've been drinking matcha -- first introduced to me by a geisha -- I've tasted many versions, I enjoy it both straight and with soy milk. This matcha product definitely hits the high mark with a strong and true flavor. I'm about to purchase again. I highly recommend for matcha lovers!

Product Details Aren't True
The Nutrition Facts shown for this product are *completely* wrong. The product contains 30 calories, not 0, and it contains 7g of sugar, not 0. The matcha itself has a nice flavor, but I won't buy this product again because I prefer it without sugar, and the product information didn't make the product's ingredients clear.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
I have never been so disappointed in a product before. There's literally a pinch of matcha powder at the bottom of k-cup & doesn't even make a good cup of tea. Not sure why but returns aren't eligible for this but would have been a lot easier just throwing $20 away... do NOT waste your time or money on this!!
