Ordered on Boxing Day and it arrived couple days after that. Have used it a couple of times but it's too early to see a difference at the moment as i've read that it can take a couple of months before new collagen is formed and any effects are noticed. I will use it once a week as recommended by other users of dermarollers. I have complete faith in it and am glad I bought it. I know we can't stop the aging process but I intend to slow it down as much as I can and give Mother Nature a good old run for her money!

The packaging was damaged, not even sealed and the needles were bent and BROKEN. Not what I was expecting at such a high price point. Very disappointing. I will try one more time with them as I have a metal allergy which limits my options - fingers crossed it was just a one off

I had been tempted to try a derma roller for some time but did have some reservations about sticking tiny pins in my skin and the idea it might hurt! This product came in a fully sealed plastic wrapper for hygiene with full instructions for usage. The tiny needles are made from high quality stainless steel and are actually not at all painful in use. It has a sturdy plastic handle that is comfortable in the hand when in use, the whole unit is easy to clean and sterilise after use. The roller is meant to last a year and I can't see any reason why it won't, it is sturdy and doesn't feel like a cheap flimsy item. I haven't used it enough yet to fully see results but I am confident in using it and that positive results will be attained. I received this item at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

What can I say, I love this product. At first I thought that it would not, but even after the first treatment I could see an improvement. The packaging and instructions are very good as well as the customer support. I only wanted to buy from someone with real dermaroller experience instead of a normal online seller. White Lotus are well known worldwide for their microneedling techniques. I found it confusing before I found white lotus to understand what I need to use to get results. I also did not want to but the cheapest product around as I value my skin!

For quite a while I was really tempted to try dermaroller, but wasn't sure whether it is suitable for me. Then I did my research and came across with this highly reputative company White Lotus, who specializing in Micro needling. Then I read all about the benefits dermaroller can give to the skin and decided to give it a go. I am in my mid thirties and I have sensitive, oily skin, with enlarged pores, some wrinkles and fine lines, especially the eye area, I also get puffy eyes very often and blackheads on my nose and chin. Any ways I could go on and on for hours complaining:)) Dermaroller is designed to assist anti aging and help fight all those imperfections, by using little micro needles, which help to increase collagen induction in the skin and increase the absorption of products through the skin, as well as create micro trauma, encouraging the body to induct more of its own natural collagen and there for creating natural younger looking skin. Makes sense to me. So, when my parcel arrived, I was very excited to get started. The dermaroller itself is coming in a nicely presented box. Inside we get very clear and easy to follow instructional booklet and properly, surgically sealed dermaroller, which is inside a hard plastic case to keep it safe and dust free after every use, so it is always ready for next procedure. Beginners like me, suppose to use it once, every two weeks for three month, so six treatments all together, then make three month break and start again. We can use same dermaroller for a year, which is brilliant. This is due to its high quality stainless steel needles. The whole treatment took me about 15-20 minutes and it was not painful. I was doing it while watching TV, and found it quite relaxing. When I was done I checked myself in the mirror, and my face was red and did feel a little irritated, which is part of the process. The redness calmed down after about an hour and completely disappeared the next morning. On day two after the treatment, I suddenly noticed how shiny and glowing my skin is. That was actually a very nice surprise. On day five I got some dry flaky skin on my nose and chin, which I found super exciting, because, that exactly what suppose to happen and means, that skin is reacting correctly to the treatment. It is early days to know the potential results completely, but so far I am very happy with this fantastic product and will continue use it to finish the course and hopefully look 10 years younger:) Overall this is a professional grade, high quality dermaroller, that I have trust in and feel super safe to use. I'm totally impressed by white lotus. I unfortunately brought a roller containing 540 needles and realised that it was just leaving little marks on my skin, but I was seeing no other improvement. I found white lotus on the website and saw that they only recommend 192 needles because they penetrate the skin properly. I thought I would give it a try as I had read the research on derma rollers and knew it did work. I also felt confident buying from white lotus as they are well known as the industry advisors on skin needing in the uK to beauty associations. I also invested in their book. I can safely say there is no comparison in the results I have got with the lotus roller and the previouss one. The results are impressive and it really does work.
