The buttons were setup in an odd manner initially but once I realized how to configure using the supplied software it's working nicely. Note that on Windows, the program does not open up a window, it appears in the taskbar without a prompt. Also you can fiddle with the LED colour and timing etc. in the software although it's not immediately obvious or mentioned in the manual, simply click on the values in the "DPI Effect" area.I essentially wanted the forward and backward functions to be on 8 and 9 (backward and forward respectively) but by default they were on 5 and 4 (backward and forward respectively).I'm not sure what I'll use buttons 4,5, and 7 for, but it's nice to know they're there.

Suave al tacto y rematada con un hilo rojo muy bonito el tamaño de la alfombrilla es bastante grande y cómodo aunque he de decir que algunas puntadas del borde no están bien pero la alfombrilla cumple su función perfectamente.
