Thanks for your fully understanding and supporting. HOW IT WORKS The Base Tray holds the Grid Tray with the Grass Mat placed on top, diagram shown on next page. When your dog goes to the bathroom, the urine goes through the Grass Mat and through the holes in the Grid Tray to the bottom of the Base Tray. The pegs on the surface of the Grid Tray and the raised platform of the Base Tray elevate the Grass Mat keeping it away from the urine. ASSEMBLY 1.Place Base Tray in the desired location.Make sure to keep it away from children. The Pet mat is weather resistantand can be placed on patios, decks, balconies or anywhere else outside. 2.See Diagram on right. Place the Grid Tray into the Base Tray with the pegs pointing UP. The pegs pointing UP. The holes in the Grid Tray drain the urine. The pegs keep the Grass Mat elevated and away from urine that collects in the Base Tray with the raised platfrom. 3.Place the Grass Mat on top of the Grid Tray. 4.Pet Mat is now ready to be used. CLEANING IMPORTANT: Do not place Grass Mat in washing machine or dryer. NOTE: After a couple of uses, you may notice that the Grass Mat might tray at the edges.
