Sign Language: My First 100 Words

I purchased this book but it did not hit the right buttons with my autistic grandchild. We found that using 'basic signing' has helped to make interaction easier but for some reason this book lacks the ability to hold his attention. I know that it is very much trial and error on both parts. The book is worth trying to unlock trapped minds, to view things from a different perspective.

It is a very good book and easy to follow, but it does not tell you it's the American sign language. We started elarning it then I got the poster out to do the alphabet and noticed then that it was American as it says it clearly on that
