This sample pack is the way to go, if your into experimentation and testing flavor profiles.First off:-All expiration dates on each container were well within consumption time frames and most into 2019.(some reviews state that the dates were expired - instead of whining about it, simply contact Amazon CSthey will take care of it)-All containers have a protective seal and a removable lid- Yea, removable lid! Way to go !With that said, I popped these into the fridge and over the next few days busted out some avocados, and taste tested them all. From here its a personal preference. Not everyone experiences "heat" the same, or indeed flavor. I for one found they stayed pretty true to the flavor I get from the same salsa in the Taco shops I frequent here in Southern California. They should, they are made in Mexico. So I would and will buy these again. Actually will purchase the Gallon size for the Salsa Verde!I find the flavor in each to be very tasty, yes hot, but well balanced. No off flavors, smells or textures. Just good ingredients, well rounded ready for what ever you put salsa on. Mind you, these different styles are made for different food applications not just chip dipping. Read up on the styles, educate yourself and have a party in your mouth!

Each one is delicious. This is what real Mexican salsas are like.

Flimsy lids messy idea. 2 are spilled. Going right in trash. No idea if spoiled because lids are open.

Mine arrived leaking, lids falling off, cardboard box greasy and smelly. Totally unsuitable to give as a present.

be advised, more spicy than normal salsas, but great quality product

I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order. Four of the six received have expired dates !!

Perfect pack for different food. Love The Green salsa for enchiladas, my personal favorite: Molcajeteada, great for any Taco.
