Bought this one for a customer with the indoor chime as well. (I have one myself too 😊) Great alternative to a ring doorbell and the price helps too! Just a note, have the app open on your phone (in the back ground) as it will work quicker when rung.

Very disappointed, kept dropping WiFi, battery didn’t even last 3 days, picture/sound quality terrible, the App was rubbish too. I have sent it back for a refund and spent another £100 more on the Ring version, which I have found to be far superior.

what a pile of crap this doorbell turned out to be, loses connection to wifi after a few hours and wont connect, its been so unreliable its unreal

Sadly we couldn't get this to sync to any of the apps. We tried multiple apps on different phones and it simply wouldn't sync. Returned.

Some advice. I bought this on ebay, so not a verified Amazon purchase.But here are my tips.1. The doorbell will need to be charged for 18 hours before first use as the batteries are not pre charged, not doing this will reduce battery life.2. Once fully charged, if you are having trouble connecting then plug back into the charger for 5 minutes until light goes blue again.3. Make sure your router is not a 5g router by googling it.4. During set up, turn your bluetooth onto discoverable by going into settings. Just because your bluetooth is turned on doesn't mean it's discoverable.5. Use the QR code for the app, there are two apps, only the new one works.

Waste of money , connection drops out all the time , app stopped working , the older version was better than this newer version
