For my needs & purposes I give this machine a 9.9 of 10 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ worth the price but some issues *by T***Y on February 9, 2024* PRO: 1: feels sturdy. door snap in well. 2: works well 3: the area where you fill the coffee grains open and close tight. you can remove it to wash it. 4: the the coffee pot and coffee grain area is dishwasher safe. you can pull out to put in dishwasher. CONS: 1: the area you fill the water is real shallow. it it easy to overflow and spill the water. 2: the coffee container pour spout is terrible. you have to poor the coffee real slow. easy to overflow the spout and get coffee everywhere. 3: the area of the coffee filter is too short. the coffee filter when closing the container will bend the filter over and it becomes ineffective. it this happens you get grains in your cup. it needs to be a little taller to prevent the filter from collapsing.
