Perfect minimal wallet
Absolutely perfect fit. Have my 2 most used on outside. 4-5 others in middle. Keep my money in a rubber band like I always have. They don't make em anymore so bought 2 backups.

Great style and design, however cards are tight
The wallet is a very sleek/modern/minimalist design that i really like, it looks awesome. Construction feels solid and high quality. It feels great in your hands and is barely noticeable in your pocket. However after 5 cards this it at maximum usable capacity. Adding a 6th card causes the cards to be so tight that its no longer easy to use. Even the pull strap is difficult borderline forcing it with 6 cards, almost bent the 6th card in half trying to push it into the middle pocket. At 5 everything just works, still a tight fit but its simple and quick to retrieve the cards. I think if the exterior pockets were just a hair looser each it would be perfect. The cards on the outside add pressure to the inner pocket and vice versa. Ive only had it a few days and using it has been very functional/practical. Im hoping that after some time the material will stretch a little. Great quality wallet from alpaka and worth the money.

Great minimalist wallet
I carry my wallet in my front pants pocket and have tried a number of 'minimalist' wallets over the years, from a Tyvek wallet (that wore out quickly) to business card holders (difficult to access the contents). The ALPAKA UP Cardholder V2 is the best minimalist wallet I've tried.I use it to carry two credit cards, one in each outside pocket, and a driver's license and health insurance card in the middle pocket. I've been carrying it for 10 days now and it's small and light enough that I've forgotten it was in my pocket. After 10 days use it shows no signs of wear (it appears very well made). It's easy to get to either credit card in the outside pockets (and I can see which card is in which pocket without pulling it out). It's also easy to get to my ID out, since the center pocket has a pull tab.The ALPAKA UP Cardholder V2 is well designed and well made, easy to use, compact and light, and as a bonus it's environmentally friendly!

very compact, 5 cards max
I wanted a very lightweight and compact card case for EDC. I liked this one since it is xpac. Leather tends to be a little thicker and have more pocket presence, which is something I wanted to avoid. I was carrying 6 cards and hoped this would let me still carry them all, but I had to remove one credit card to get everything to fit. I did try it with all 6, but the middle 4 were just too hard to get back in after pulling the tab. I currently have 2 normal thickness credit/debit cards, 1 in each exterior pocket. In the center I have my apple card plus my insurance card and driver’s license. Also, the cards on the outside have raised numbers so it’s easy to slip them out using my thumbnail. I don’t believe this is RFID blocking, so if that’s something you’re concerned with you might want to look elsewhere. Also, there is no way to get any folded bills in here with 5 cards. If you only carry 3 you would be able to get a couple bills in one of the outside pockets. I don’t carry cash so it isn’t a problem for me.

The only wallet
This is my go to grab and go wallet. Holds 4 cards and a couple bills. A little stiff when you get it and a little stiff long after you have it. Had mine for 1 year and looks like I just purchased it.

Less capacity than expected.
It was really good quality but didn’t hold as many cards as I hoped and expected. Most of that is simply due to it being made well and the material does not stretch at all.
