I love this, it really works your core muscles. Only complaint is it’s missing one of the red caps and also the other red caps pop out when you’re using it and the foam pieces gradually slide off too.

The media could not be loaded. The design is great, but it only shipped with one screw . This is for the U-shaped handlebar at the top that you’re supposed to hold. I found all of the parts in the box were scattered through the box a little boxes inside we’re already open when I unsealed the the main big box at shipped in.Overall, if I did have the missing screw, I think this would be a 5 star product. So to be fair, I gave it two stars instead of 1. Very disappointed with the care that was not put into shipping this item. Again all the small boxes inside the shipping box were smashed and open, and it was missing both gaskets and 1 screw for the U shaped hand bar
