The radios are good but the head sets are too flimsy and do not match the quality of the radios. Also I could not find any instructions on he to set up the system but managed it in the end. The problem is the the best options are very expensive so with this set up you get what you pay for.

works very well headset to radio connector is delicate could be more substantial for wear and tear great distance coverage

Unfortunately I haven’t had this kit that long and the wiring going from the radio to my helmet has already gone and I can’t hear my friend at all. The radio's do work but at minimum distance and not at the 12km they promise

I used the radios on 2 long trips. The first trip the radios worked okay, but the foam covers for the microphone and ear pieces came off. My second trip only one of the head sets worked. I then contacted the company who insisted that they would only consider replacing the set that was completely faulty and blamed me for the foam covers falling off. To make this worse they wanted me to post the faulty item to them at my own cost and send it recorded delivery. This made sending it back more expensive than buying replacement items off ebay. The choice is easy, I won't use this company again and cannot recommend them to anyone. A shame as if the headsets were of better quality and the after sales service was acceptable they would be worth buying.

I bought these radios to take touring so my friend and I could chat whilst on our bikes. The radios worked well but don't expect to hear anything above 40mph - the wind noise in the helmets was just too loud.It may work better if you use the sticky pads on the speakers but we just put them inside our helmet lining.The only thing that lets this product is the quality of the headsets - a day into our trip my friend's microphone broke (the wire came out of the microphone itself). This rendered the radios pretty much useless for the rest of our trip.Overall this is a decent product for the money - the radios are great and you could probably get some better headsets elsewhere.

Hi there, I purchased this product to serve as communications for me and my mate to use on a tour around Spain this year.After testing them we found them to be very well suited for our purpose with very good range and clear sound reproduction.All in all I consider these to be a great value item and am happy to recommend these to anyone wanting bike to bike comms.As an aside they arrived in good time and were very well packaged.

Bought this so I can talk with son when we go out on the bikes, particularly as he's still learning and I wanted the ability to point things out in real time.The claimed range of 12 kms is a bit hypothetical, as we are never more than 100 metres apart and reception is quite clear. The radios themselves are pretty good- lightweight, weatherproof, loads of options and functions, and running on rechargeable AAAs (docking station charger suppled). The headsets are ok, but care and a gentle touch is advised when putting them into, and removing them from, the helmets (assuming you're going for the non-permanent velcro fixings). We have yet to discover a good location for the remote "push-to-talk" button, so will try VOX (voice-operated) next time round.Overall, initial impressions are pretty good.
