Bought this with money given to me by work colleagues before my son was born and I wouldn't have been without it. I wanted a sling to carry my baby but just did not like the look of those parachute-style ones where the baby hangs from your front and looks totally unsupported. This sling is so simple but so versatile - when my son was newborn (my husband or) I carried him in it across my chest but more than a year later I was still using it, this time to carry him on my back. Its a really hard wearing cotton fabric and gathered so you can really tuck them in and keep them cosy - we walked across windy beaches in West Wales when he was only 6 weeks old and while we were both freezing he was really cosy inside. Also was a godsend during a 24 hour flight to Australia when he was 4 months old. Fantastic product that I have recommended to all my friends with babies.

i couldnt get the sling to work. despite help from frequent sling users and a health visitoe. i never felt my baby was secure in it and therefore it felt unsafe to use. sent it back and got a stretchy wrap and a mei tai.

It is small and very portable: you can transport it easily in the basket of your pushchair.It is simple: although there are two locks, the general and the security one, you can use the sling without having to opening/closing them. Notice that at the beginning you will need the help of another person to put your baby (especially if it is small and fragil) inside. However, with a bit of practice, you will be able to do it alone.It is practical: when the baby gets tired of being in the pushchair, you can use your sling, allowing the baby to change posture and enjoy a new perspective to look around. However, not all of the positions described in the information sheet are going to be comfy for your baby. I have used the sling with a 3 -> 10 months-old baby and I have been able to use 4 of 9 (it can be improved, and therefore, 4 stars).It can be easily washed in the washing machine.In many occasions, I have used it as an emergency light cover. It is not thought for this use, however, it covers and warms a bit the baby.

Love the design, versatility and colour (red) but have found that there are some drawbacks that have meant it hasn't been used quite as much as I would have liked so far, given the cost. 1) Too hot in the current high temps to have baby in for any length of time and/or wearing clothes that are suitable when not in sling. 2) Doesn't go quite tight enough to keep my small-ish baby 'sat up' when facing into me across my stomach - I am quite small too, so perhaps this doesn't help. I hope that as baby gets bigger and weather gets cooler, it will become a bit more useful e.g for carrying baby around the shops so can see where she is going. Still would recommend because of versatility but might consider more 'parachute' type carrier if you intend to use in hotter weather or have a particularly small baby who likes to 'sit up' rather than lay across you.

I haven't used this product yet as the baby has not made an appearance yet, but the product came promptly and looks extremely padded and comfortable for both the adult and baby. Not too sure about all the different positions the baby can go in as at the moment I haven't always got the patience to be following the instructions, but my husband has tried a few different positions with a much loved teddy bear and finds it easy to position. Loving the bright colour.

I bought this for my one year old to use while travelling alone with her so that my both hands will be free. It was not very comfortable for my baby especially upper strap was not tight. I tried to tighten it by pulling the strap from behind, but it was not working properly once baby is in the sling.So you have to adjust it before putting the baby. but then itwill be difficult to put the baby in. so even though she was in the sling I was supporting her upper part using my hand. Only thing is you dont have to be very careful as baby will be sitting in it, a little support will be needed .Also you wont feel much of baby's weight.I feel this will be a gud sling for babies lying in the sling rather than sitting. New born and small babies will feel it comfortable and cosy. Not very good for babies who sit in upright position.
