Decent quality
I would like to change my previous review I took these tablets and they tasted incredibly bitter 🤮 however in all honesty they did the job extremely well and brought my blood sugars down from 6.5 to 5.0 in just 15mins as a result I have lost 5lbs in just 3 days. I would consider purchasing again but I would have preferred a brand regulated in the UK

At times I believed I was feeling more balance energy levels however I experienced serious thigh muscle cramping when going up and down the stairs. I stopped the supplement and immediately had relief. Two weeks later I tried this supplement again and within 10 days I had the exact same muscle cramping that I’ve never had ever before or after I stopped taking this
