Gifted my father and he is super happy. Very comfortable

The shoes are not at comfortable as the thick soft foam inside the shoes towards the heel ends makes walking uncomfortable. It also bends the ankles and the knees. Would want to return them if possible as worn only once. Condition is good. Please revert. Thanks.
