It somehow managed to make my ears waxier and revived Hitler.

Screen filter too large, admitting tiny ear dust to collect inside unit which is uncleanable. Battery holder won't stay attached. Requires constant depressing on switch. Instruction manual written by an automated translator... this company needs to hire an English speaker to write its manual.

Does not do as advertised, there is no vacuum, it just vibrates.

This was rated the highest on multiple websites outside of Amazon. If this is the best there is, I’m back on q-tips for life. It’s really uncomfortable in the ear and as far as I can tell it’s doing nothing.

The Ear cleaner is a great product and works great.

The only part of the unit that does anything of value is the small scoop at the end of the attachment. Other than vibrating in your ear, this machine is of no measurable value.

Nothing wast of money

It has almost no suction all it’s good for is scratching your inner ear
