Order this in the twin size, listed as 3 zone comfort, mine arrived as 2 zone comfort. pics show cones on top and bottom with circles in the middle, mine arrived with circles on one side and cones on the other side. one side is more firm and one is more soft, so I am essentially sleeping with my left side on firm and my right on soft. RIDICULOUS! I must have got the leftovers sent to me. No cooling effect whatsoever. might be a good regular bed topper (not a cooling one) IF the pressure point zones were as described.UPDATE, contacted by company rep, they were very eager to fix the problem. After sending pictures of the product I received, they have offered to refund and replace. Very nice and apologetic for the item that was shipped to me. I would order from them again.2nd UPDATE - received replacement product, exactly as described (3 zones) very comfortable to sleep on. Customer service from this company was outstanding, couldn't ask for more after the error in the first product, first rate!

This topper is like sleeping on a cloud! I’m not kidding. We first bought the 3” non-egg crate flat gel topper. It was not soft at all. We couldn’t sleep comfortably. So we found this topper and saw the swirls and bumps and decided to get it. It costs more than the others, but you get what you pay for!! What a relief. So dang happy now!

I ordered this to top my cheaper mattress and it says it keeps you cooler. It has really helped me sleep better.

It does NOT make the bed cooler. But it is comfy and semi plush. Feels hot but I am hot bodied and with this I do sweat A little less than before but still not what I was looking for... :(

Bought for bed in our RV. One night and never wanted to get up. Like sleeping on a cloud. No hip pain in the morning. Highly recommend!!

This topper is just the right thickness for our bed. We boughtA firm mattress but, in the last couple years the mattress seemsTo hurt our achy bones. So this topper works great.

This topper changed my sleeping comfort in a huge way. I no longer flip around in bed because of pressure points from my too firm mattress. I actually sleep through the night! Best investment in my wellbeing ever!

Was skeptical when I first saw all the contours on the topper. But, the first night I slept on it I totally fell in love with it.I didn't notice the cooling much. But, I slept through the night quite comfortably which means it did its job.Definitely worth the price...wish I had bought it a long time ago.

Have to say, no cooling at all, love playing with the ridges with mt toes when I can't sleep because I'm not sleeping.
