I've heard the stitching ping occasionally during tuggy but I've not noticed any holes yet. I don't think it would survive extended, strong tuggy sessions.For Furface this wins because the badger's a long shape which is great for brutal shaking and flinging about and it wins for us because the body has no stuffing inside and Furface hasn't removed the badger's brains. The badger is his historical prey but does he even know that. We almost bought a pheasant, but since we have our tame pheasant who comes every day to the bird feeder, we couldn't introduce him as 'prey' to our pup. There are tiny bits of black fabric all over the sitting room now :-o. Its the third shake-a-toy he has had but the others lasted way longer.
