Not for me.
Not sure why as I do not react to beta alanine too negatively however after taking the recommended scoop of this I was itching so bad I felt like ripping my clothes off. Gives you an "edge" but there is no way in hell you can focus on a session with this bloody itch. Could be just me. I've had other pre-workouts and they haven't given me any jitters but have achieved the focus.Disregarding the jitters, the taste is very plastic-like, tastes like berries but at the same time it's bitter. Might recommend going with a sour-taste I think it could be achieved easily and would be better. After about 3-5 times trying it was trying to fight it in the end not to throw it all up.Not for me for sure.

As I've stated, could just be me. But due to my personal experience, I can't recommend this product.
Could have just been me, but after a couple of uses, I gave this to a friend. I've tried a lot of pre-workouts, as well as trying individual ingredients and this product just made me feel ill. Something in this didn't agree with my body and due to this gave me some of the worst workouts I had ever had as I felt rather ill using this, not to mention the taste as horrid although that usually doesn't bother me with pre-workouts. I've only ever had one other pre-workout give me similar experiences.

Highly recommended!
Package arrived today before i headed off to work out. Couldn't wait to try it out and wow, does it give you that kick you need. I felt focused, strong and ready even after a long day at work.Great clean flavour to it and strong re-sealable packaging. Can't ask for more.

Does what it says on the package. Not bad flavour. Kicks in hard. Extra reps and plenty of concentration. Will definaetly be buting again

For cash was decent, compared to other products double the price- obviously inferior. But gives good boost prior to gym though had to take 16g rather than recommended 10g....which had minimal effect! For those on reduced budget is ideal.

Energy in a bag
The flavour isn't the best I've ever tried (the mixed berries) however it does exactly what you'd want a training stimulant to do. Plenty of boost after only about 20-30 minutes of drinking and the added energy seems to last for a good couple of hours with no crash at the end.It works and is well priced. I would definitely purchase the product again.

Excellent customer service
I didn't really like the taste (mixed berry) but others might not mind so much. As a pre workout powder it worked fine. The customer service is exceptional. Really nice business to deal with.
