Quality
Bought it for granddaughter who was very pleased (of course). I play guitar but wouldn't class myself as a guitar player or musician. ( we wish). The guitar was of good quality with a nice bag with shoulder straps and carry handle, a capo and some picks. The strings completely slack as expected. As usual nylon strings can be a pain to tune till settled. I tuned it the first day and again a few hours later after the strings had settled down. The same again the next day and by the third day the strings had hardly lost any of their tune, meaning they had settled in. Only the the G, B and E strings needed minimal adjustment. In my opinion that tells me that the strings must be of good quality as I've had cheaper strings which were sometimes near impossible to hold in tune and finished up spending extra on a decent set of strings. I believe most of the time you get what you pay for and in this case the price is reasonable for this package. The guitar feels sturdy, looks very nice and appears value for money compared to some very cheap ones available in multi stores, more so when you add up all the extras which are included in the package (bag, picks, capo) and the quality of the strings.

Great guitar at a greater price
Great guitar for the price! Strings need to be used many times before they can keep the tuning, but that's normal. The product comes with a case, which is great, 3 plectrums, and a capo (which is not of the best quality). For 50£ it's a must buy, for beginners especially.

Great first guitar!
Bought this as a Christmas present for a 7 year old. The size is perfect. 3 of the strings are plastic so don’t sound the best. Doesn’t have a hole at the bottom to attach a strap which would have been good. It looks great, does have a shein on it, so you can see fingerprints on it. It’s fallen over and been kicked about but there are no scuffs or damage so it’s durable. A great first introduction guitar.

For anyone wanting a classical guitar on a budget.
Although the application of the stain/varnish could have been better where the neck joins the body the overall finish is good. The guitar came well set up and only tuning was required for it to be playable out of the box. I was pleasantly surprised to find a truss rod had been installed in the neck and an allen key supplied to adjust it with, many cheap guitars will go without which can result in tuning problems and warped necks in the months/years ahead. Tuning and intonation was perfect - with all strings tuned correctly the same notes were displayed on a chromatic tuner when a string was played open, fretted at the 12th or harmonically at the 12th. The frets were correctly spaced so chords and individual notes play in tune down the length of the neck and were level with no high frets causing strings to buzz. I was also happy to find that the frets had been smoothly bevelled at the sides of the fingerboard so there were no sharp edges waiting to scratch young hands. The three a side tuners work well, they have bee positioned correctly and do not wobble (like some I have come across) and are neither too stiff to turn or too loose that they can;t hold the strings in tune, the plastic pearloid buttons look nicer than plain cream or white buttons. The strings are easy on the fingers and it takes very little pressure even high up the finger board to press them to the frets. They will probably last a long time but to my ear they are not the best sounding being a little muted for my taste - some may prefer this tone to strings which 'ring' a lot. Expect the strings to take a couple of weeks before they settle in and don't need retuning every 10 minutes when playing. To this end it would have been nice if a tuner had been included but it's not so if you don't already have one I recommend you purchase one along with the guitar. The guitar came supplied with a serviceable, non-padded gigbag, a cappo which is very stiff to operate but works, a couple of plectrums and an allen key (keep it safe) and is quite a nice package for the price. Aimed primarily at school children 3/4 size guitars are also perfectly suitable for adults and I'd recommend this one to anyone 8 years and older who is interested in learning classical guitar on a budget.

Great instrument pleasantly more than surprised!
Lovely player: am an older adult with chronic hand and wrist issues, have had loads of instruments, string and wind, but had to discard many due to worsening incapacity. This has good spaces between strings, holds its tune and though not had long is a delightful reminder of paths not taken (thanks to a reviewer whose opinion was helpful). Only minor negatives are the absence of dotes on fretboard (no problem for me as it is more like a proper classical guitar but for beginners might be hard), and the bag: very thin and hard to get guitar in and out (that was one reason why another manufacturer’s guitalele had to go back because that was worse than this). Another plus here is 6 months access to online tuition.

Perfect! Nice little guitar!
This guitar is perfect to teach my daughter, I play guitar and was worried about the quality, but it is fine, It plays nicely, the sound and quality is good enough for a child to learn on and sounds nice. I have a Washburn full size quality guitar but I would happily pick this little guitar up and have a go myself. Although the frets are very small for an adult it's brilliant for small children. I have bought this for a 7 year old and I think it will be the perfect size for her starting out. I have tuned it and had a go myself and I am happy, had to tune alot til the strings settle and it's starting to stay in tune a bit more. If the strings keep going out of tune it's usually just the way it's strung, so re string it or if you don't know how take into music shop. Or find an online video about how to correctly string a guitar. The way the strings are attached looks correct but my own guitar is strung differently and do not know how to string this Spanish style guitar so I will learn from a video or go to a shop and ask. But going to leave the strings as they are for now and re string later if/when needed. Its good for a child to learn how to tune a guitar as much as play it

Won’t tune
Unfortunately it won’t stay in tune. Will need to take it to a store to have it restrung.

Gorgeous guitar, plays well!
We bought it for our 6 year old and it is the perfect size for her. It plays really well, but of course not as good as a full size guitar. It’s not about the craftsmanship, but more about the size. It looks well-made (doesn’t look or sound like a toy). Another brand sells only the guitar for the same price - this one has a capo and a gig bag, so this one was surely a better deal! Highly recommended!
