POOR DELIVERY
product is good but delivery is mishandled..driver left the packed on the ground outside my house and lied that he handed it to a resident...They should at all time be informed of what content is in the package they are delivering to avoid drivers dumping peoples hard earned money just aywhere,expecially when its skincare products.

No pump
I bought this item before in boots and i know that it comes with a pump. This product didn’t come with a pump in the package. Even though there’s a space where the pump should be in the package.

Not impressed
Unsure I want to use this product. The box is battered and also looks like it has been sellotaped back down, unsure I want to put this on my face, not sure I can trust it, it looks used.

I bought this as I suffer with acne and post menopause spots, used it once and broke out in sore pimples, unfortunately I can't return or get a refund , furious

Too strong for me
This product was recommended for me by the dermatologist who knows my skin bery well however it still was too strong for my skyn and I spent weeks with my face skin looking really bad. Not for me, so I strongly advice people to be careful.
