No pop no sizzle... not sure if it’s working.
Not sure if it’s actually working. Lights up. Bugs fly in. No zap. I want to hear them pop. Maybe all the safety crap these days has toned the zappers down to the point of no noise.... still.. it would be nice to actually know it’s working with a little sizzle or something. Not a lot of dead bugs on the ground. Been using it now for 4 months. Hmmmm

No Warranty
I purchased this item and plugged it in inside my garage. The light burned out after six weeks. I contacted the manufacturer TWICE requesting directions on how to return it for repair, replacement or refund. I got no response to either request. Quality control is perfect. That's why manufacturers have warranties. But that does no good if they don't honor them. Obviously, my recommendation is to stay away from anything this company markets.

I bought two of these and then lasted one day ...
I bought two of these and they lasted one day past the return eligibility date and then the lightbulbs stopped working. I contacted the company but they wanted return postage which actually costed more than the product itself. So I guess I take a loss on this. Caveat emptor

Will not turn on
There is nothing in the 'owner's manual' that discusses how to use it. It is just a list of safety warnings. I plugged it in and nothing happened. There is no power switch that I can find. I would like to know how to turn it on, but the 'ask a question' feature here is conveniently disabled for some reason.

Doesn’t work well.
I live in a very buggy area in the mountains and the mosquitos have been awful this year. I bought this device to help me not get bitten when I’m relaxing outside. Had it plugged in and the mosquitos couldn’t fit through the small crate to get to the zapping center. All it was able to kill were moths, and not all of them even died. Returned this item and would not recommend.

Worked very well in my backyard, has a handy removable bottom tray to dispose of insects, HOWEVER, while the product worked well initially, it suddenly stopped working after approximately six weeks.

Can't tell yet how well this is working, I leave my screen room door a jar for a few hours in the evening for the dogs' an here in FL you have to mind the mosquitoes big time so I hung this just outside the door, so lets keep our fingers crossed... so far it's looking good

Waste of money; does not work
Useless item. We've had it for awhile and the bugs just fly by it. Nothing like the ones back in the day that you could actually see and hear working. I haven't seen a dead bug yet here on my Florida patio. Don't waste your money.
