Good... Just don't burn it!
Absolutely perfect!! Until I burnt it! Do yourself a favour, read the instructions and actually follow them. I thought I could make it hotter by just putting it in for longer... Now the whole house smells like a mixture of burnt toast and lavender! Ahahhaa. Great teddy too

I didn't understand sizing but it was smaller then realised going to try it tonight the wheat and lavender bag is bigger then normal which is good however doesn't smell like lavender which is what I need as using it help me sleep
