Very easy to use..

Too stiff and impossible to return economically
This stick is much stiffer than ones I have used in the gym, which means is doesn't vibrate in the way it should to be able to get the special benefits that these tools are meant to provide. I tried to send it back, for which the seller provided a FREEPOST address, but the Royal Mail refuse to accept items this size, so the FREEPOST thing is useless. Any other postal service costs more than the product cost so I'm stuck with it.
