Review: Horrible product - I bought this oven. Used it twice before the chain locked up. Company told me to adjust the chain. I should have sent it back right away. Adjusted the tension. Doesn't help. The chain locks up every time. Has bent the metal panels. Again I contact the company they suggested adjusting tension again. Doesn't work because the chain pulley is crooked. Which makes the chain fall off no matter the tension. Paid a lot of money for a piece of equipment I have yet to use for my business. Can't trust it.
