Other imported taralli we've tasted in the U.S. pale in comparison to the addictive texture and flavor we found in these traditional Pugliese treats. I couldn’t stop snacking on these crunchy, olive-oily biscuits from southern Italy! These taralli are very hearty, olive-oil-soaked, wreath-shaped treats that should be eaten in a delirious way...a lot like well-dressed popcorn...but these crackers go Best with red wine.The taralli crackers from Puglia have seared a little ring-shaped imprint onto my heart.
