I have severe digestive issues. This powder works like magic. It got to a point where I thought nothing would help me, then this came along. The key is to start off with very, very small doses... such as a pinch of the powder in 1 oz of water twice a day for a week. Then increase to 2 pinches the next week, etc. When taking too much, it causes my symptoms to get significantly worse, but when taking the right amount it works like nothing else I've tried... and tried a lot!! It also helps to NOT take it on an empty stomach. 5 stars, easily.

The product was delivered on time and in the condition promised. I have had no problem using this product and have noticed a healthy shift in my gut health!

Two stars only because I can not take it. I’m sure it’s a great product. The pills bothered me less but STAY AWAY if you have SIBO. I reacted severely to it. This is recommended by Elena of Vegalicious and she has NO idea what she is talking about. Do not take her advice or give her money!!!!. If you are here because you gave her money to “help you” get it back!!!!!!!Go see a real doctor or naturopath

This stuff is great. Start slow.

This product is terrible because it contains maltodextrin which is currently known to actually alter microbiome, promote pathogens such as e.coli, salmonella and Crohn's disease in the long run. But yes this ingredient is cheap which optimizes profits. I regret I bought this product without reading the label carefully. By the way they do not publish ingredients list for this product on their website. Just think about how stupid it is to add an ingredient which is proven (by universities and clinics who did tons of research) to make microbiome worse in the long run - to a probiotics product?!
