A: The internal dimensions of this lock box are 7.6 * 5.8 * 3.4cm, which can accommodate approximately five regular-sized keys.
If the thickness of a key exceeds 3.4cm, then that lock box is not suitable for this key.

**Q: How can I change the new code I set up?**
A: A. Open the key box, keep dials at the correct combination.
(Factory default combination is 0-0-0-0)
B. Push the RESET button from position A to position B.
C. Scroll dials to set your own combination.
D. Push the RESET button back to position A. Now the new combination has been set. Take a photo to save your password.

**Q: How often can you change the code?**
A: The lock can be changed the password according to your usage habits.
Please remember the new combination code you have changed.

**Q: The lock opens fine.  However, I cannot move the lever from A to B.  It doesn't go low enough to slide to B.  How can I move it to position B?**
A: You have to use a small amount of pressure to get the level to move from a to b.
