Been using this gem for a few weeks. So far, happy to report that my door glides with it perfectly. It's not pictured, but they come with adhesive backed felt strips to go around the rollers to protect the door finish and promote smooth operation. Although I'm sure the felt is prone to wear, it really does make the guide operate without being noticed. I was also concerned about flex and the feel of the quality, and I'm very pleased with those aspects. I used longer wood screws and went into the framing along the floor. Would recommend and might purchase another to slide the door further back.

Way to big for the barn door I built for our bathroom. Very bulky looking

No complaints. Easy to install. Love that it sits flush to the floor. I built my barn doors to ride about 1/2" above the flooring. This was one of the only guides that fit it.
