Worse mop I’ve ever bought
I usually read lots of reviews before purchasing anything but didn’t with this one .. it’s a mop, what could be bad about it? ... Plenty !First thing I noticed was when I put it in the bucket with the amount of water I was used to, with my old mop .. this mop ‘drank’ it all! I was so surprised to see the bucket more or less empty! The result of this is a super heavy mop to lift out of the bucket. The twist and squeeze works to take out about 1/4 of the water ! Mop is still sopping wet and dripping so the rest needs to be squeezed by hand.It does actually clean the floor although it’s often very wet, as it’s difficult to squeeze out enough water. This is also a problem after use. No matter how many times I squeeze it after rinsing, to store away, i find puddles of water on the floor from it.My solution in the summer was to leave it outside the back door in the sun, to dry before putting it away. Now it’s winter, I need to leave it in the bucket .. 3 days later it’s still wet!If it fitted in my wheelie bin, I’d throw it away.

It’s like moping with an elephant
I liked the gimmick of it at first - that it rings itself out but after months of using it I really don’t like it. It’s so thick it’s like mopping with an elephant on the end, it’s big, quite awkward and you can’t get in all the nooks that well and it doesn’t ring that well and awkward and heavy to use. I wouldn’t recommend for people with limited mobility as I feel strained after using it .I’m back on here to buy a mop and bucket again as that was simpler and cleaned in corners etc better. This is cheap though and has some good reviews , which is why I initially purchased it, but I’ve finished with using this now as not as good as it looked.

how to assemble the mop and replacement head.
I was disappointed with the product as I found it difficult to understand, and I also found it difficult to operate. I did contact the seller, who explained the problem with instructions being in a slightly foreign language. They have also contacted me via amazon to offer me a full refund and that it was not necessary for me to return the mop. I am so relieved that they have kindly offered this option as sending back such a difficult item would have proved very hard to wrap etc. I would like to make a suggestion that the mop head is made of a natural fabric, not a synthetic one, as everything sticks to it when you wash the floor and it is difficult to remove the dirt hair and other stuff from the floor. So hopefully he sellers will take this on board. I would use the company again as I feel they have gone over and above what any other company would do. thank you, valerie smith

Great mop
I've already popped the whole house with it and it only arrived this morning. I had to replace my long loved broken one similar twist system. The water rang out really easily leaving it light weight and easy to use. Very satisfied.

So convenient to use and easy to squeeze the extra water out before you mop ...
So convenient to use and easy to squeeze the extra water out before you mop the floor without having to wet your hand. The thick fibers of the mop combined with enough moistness retained even after squeezing out of the excess water, helps removing tough stains on the wood floor that are created from dripped glue, dried food or any other crafting accidents that toddlers tend to have while enjoying their playtime. Makes the chore of mopping the floor a breeze.

I was pretty skeptical about getting this
I was pretty skeptical about getting this, but as I am unable to get down and clean my floors, I was delighted with the response of this, I am still learning, if you will how to use this, but I am getting there..
