The product was delivered in good time. The product seems good. It's too early to say if it's helpful yet but I will buy again and I recommend it.

Since this is a vegan collagen supplement there isn't any actual collagen present. This is essentially an amino acid blend encapsulated with Hyaluronic acid for hydration. The idea behind vegan "collagen" is that collagen is meant to be made up of various amino acids so the theory is deconstructing the animal derived collagen and creating a blend of similar actives with the hope of performing the same function. However, it's important to note that an amino acid supplement will perform differently to taking direct collagen.Collagen contains amino acids but a selection of amino acids doesn't mimic the function of collagen 1:1 but there are benefits. Some benefits of taking an amino acid supplement is skin/hair/nails support, can help with digestion and help boost energy. One thing I really like about these supplements is that I can't see any fillers or bulking agents in the formula. I try to steer away from supplements that have added ingredients that don't provide a benefit to my body.The supplement is great for those following a vegan or vegetarian diet and not wanting any animal derived supplements. The capsules are easy to swallow too. These aren't bad supplements at all but if you're looking into boosting collagen for your skin then this one misses the mark a bit.

The collagen in these vegan capsules provides everything needed for collagen synthesis. The raw material Vollagen®, is based on 18 amino acids found in the human body, in matching ratio, produced from an entirely plant-based starting raw material.This vegan collagen powder is water-soluble, and the amino acids are presented in isolated form, so that they can be easily absorbed (high bioavailability). Collagen is good for skin and also the joints and there is also added Hyaluronic Acid. This Hyaluronic Acid powder is obtained from a bacterial fermentation process and - unlike other marine collagen with hyaluronic acid products - is free from animal sourced ingredients or animal waste.The capsules are medium sized, easily swallowed and there is no aftertaste. The label on the bottle unpeels at the corner and has information such as safety and instructions, list of ingredients and how many to take per day. It is recommended to take two capsules a day, so this pot will last around two months. At under £25 for the tub is quite good value if it helps with joints and skin. It is very good to find a good quality vegan collagen.I like this brand and have tried other supplements and have always been pleased with them. It is difficult to tell whether they are making a difference to my joints as I have not been taking them for a significant time, but will continue to take them.

I like the general active ingredients in these capsules including the vegan "collagen" which I have read about online.I'm impressed with the product at least in terms of how it is described on the very informative bottle label. I like the fact that there is a UK contact address on the bottle should I need to contact the company with questions/queries.The best before date of January 2025 is also exceptionally good (it is currently May 2023).The ingredients list initially left me very confused and with unanswered questions. Then I realised that the label on the bottle unravels via a sticky lift corner to reveal a wealthy of information in five languages - dosage instructions, safety instructions and ingredients including the ingredients of the capsule shell!It would be better, for me, if there was a conventional paper leaflet included with the bottle. It is possible to re-stick the unfurled bottle label and the process does surprisingly work very well. I suppose also that this way there is no danger in losing the instructions because they are stuck to the bottle!It's definitely a professionally presented product with a nicely designed bottle label, a high quality security seal on the opening of the bottle and detailed ingredients.The capsules are fairly easy to swallow and I think are best described as medium size food supplement capsules and, thankfully, not large.Whether or not there is a health benefit - time will tell and of course it is very subjective. It is reassuring though that the label doesn't make bold claims and specifically describes the ingredients as a "food supplement".
