I love the fact that it senses my leg size and adjusts to my size automatically. The leg massager fits snug and is was very straight forward and easy to put on. The remote is superior to anything I have used before. This leg compression system massages the full leg from the foot to the thighs. I’m 6”3 and a large fits my leg completely and I’m able to get a full massage which just isn’t the case with others. It functions phenomenally as I use it daily while I watch television. I honestly think everyone should own one as it has improved my circulation and my legs feel rejuvenated after I use it. First, I want to say that the price was right and I was really surprised about the quality of the unit. The power units is relatively small compared to the ones I’ve used in the past from another manufacturers, but it seems like it gets the job done. The unit is quite noisy, which is a drawback. Secondly anything less than the highest pressure level does not seem to be to effective but to be honest every machine I used it’s always on the highest setting. The biggest problem is the sizing. I ordered a small because I am 5’7” and the small goes up to 5’9”. The leggings run small so always move up to the next size. I would return it and get the medium but since I am the only one that uses it I will live with it.

Great foot and leg massager, super easy to use. I've always seen these advertised and was interested to try the air pressure massage. I've used it daily for ~30 minutes, and found the combination setting to be my favorite. The air pressure is adjustable, where higher pressure is a more intense massage (but maybe also depends on size of your leg). I bought size small since I'm 5'6" and it fits nicely, comes almost all the way up my legs. I used this nightly after running and skiing and found reduced soreness, probably from the improved blood flow. This was really easy to plug in and use either sitting on the floor or laying down. My dog feels strangely about it- whenever I'm using it, she comes over and seems concerned for me/demands lots of cuddles, so I've been trying to use it when she's not in the room haha. The plugs are nice and securely lock into the combined plug and then the power/controller, so I've mostly just unplugged at the controller to put it away. I don't think there's any heat options on this, just the patterns of compression and pressure of that compression.
