Curious George and the Pizza Party

Our family love Curious George & his antics and we love pizza. A perfect addition to George's adventures!

I bought this for my 4 year old grandson whose father is a head chef as he can identify with it. He loves it as I had already read him the one that takes place at an airport with the man & the big yellow hat. I wanted to buy him the one about school as he has just started this Sept. but there were too many americanisms in it. Super pictures and ideal for young children.

We ordered this as my children were having a pizza party and we wanted a nice little going home present that was relevant rather than the usual plastic bits that get lost in the car on the way home. Charming story and useful pizza dough recipe on the back of the book . All children were very pleased with their books !

Both my 3 year old son and I love this book, it's one of his favourites. A beautiful book with an engaging story and good illustrations. A little long for a bed time story but will be looking to buy more in the George series.

The Curious George series is one that I (age 68) use to read in grade school. I thought it would be fun to get my 2 year old grandson a few books in this series. Well, they haven't lost their touch, and still captures you in Curious George's world. This series is fun, simple, teaches patience, and valuable everyday lessons while showing how it's ok to be curious, make mistakes and ways of rectifying them. My grandson loves them and even responds to me at times that he's curious, like George about different things. His latest curiosity is Pizza Party. We have one every Friday but now he wants to make it from scratch without making a mess like Curious George. Same goes for planting seeds, visiting the aquarium, flying kites, visiting a fire station, etc. These books are great captivators as well as excellent beginner readers. We love the series and pair them with activities. It's a great enrichment, educational tool. Highly recommend.

Superb book for kids. Teaches them good behavior with somee humor and humility.
