How many spoons can you buy? Well, a lot in my house. I put these in the dishwasher with no issue afterwards. Great spoon.

Just a standard wooden spoon nothing special

Yes, the size is in the name and at no point does this imply it's a full-size wooden spoon, but I didn't know smaller ones existed. The look on my face when this came was priceless. Purely out of stubbornness I use this tiny spoon for everything I'd use a wooden spoon for so it's been a great time.

This is indeed a 20cm / 8" long wooden spoon, but it does not remotely resemble the seller's product photograph. The bowl of the spoon is huge in proportion to the length of the handle.What I expected was a very small spoon (for stirring in a small saucepan) and what I got was a regular large spoon with a very short handle.Other than not matching its description, it is nicely made and of unflawed straight-grained wood (looks like beech) so it will probably last well.At the price, it was not worth returning, and I will be getting the tools out and whittling the spoon end down to the required size.Note to sellers - if you are going to include a product photograph, please use a picture of the actual product, not just something similar from your range - I know what a wooden spoon looks like - the purpose of a photograph on the website is to show the specific shape of the item for sale.

This 12" wooden spoon is of a slightly lower quality than I had expected but that does not detract from the overall product. It isn't going to fray, causing splinters. Honestly I think I need to wear it in a little bit with some good old fashioned home cooking. It feels strong and sturdy and is of the familiar spoon shape.I must admit that I did giggle at the "warmth" rating category. I can however confirm that this spoon does in fact make me feel warm inside - just incase anybody was wondering.

I was surprised it was so tiny. Picture is really misleading. But for the price it ok, I am using it

You get what you paid for. Not the finest quality so won’t last as long as more expensive ones. Does the job, good value for money.
