Bluetooth speaker system made out of a 1960's MG 1100/1300 Car Grill. 200 watts! This is a vintage car grill with just enough signs of age to show it's the real thing! The wood used on the top and sides is recycled 2.2cm thick wine barrel staves and the wood used along the base of the speaker system is also recycled oak from the flavouring of red wine. The BMC 1100/1600 based MG saloons were the top selling car in Britain for many years. Over 3 million 1100/1300 variants were produced between 1962 and 1973 with the MG versions proving to be amongst the most popular. They were quite revolutionary and was described in all the promotional literature as "the most advanced MG of all time!". Treble channel is 40 Watt high output dual cone mid-range treble speakers and two 10 Watt high frequency tweeter making a total of 100watts of treble! The Bass frequencies are filtered with a filtering circuit and directed to the Bass channel of the Amplifier assuring top quality bass performance. The ultra high frequency tweeters are powered through a hand tuned circuit which directs the ultra high frequencies to the 10w tweeters. This gives perfect output across the audible range. Connect to almost any Bluetooth device. Can be used as a guitar amp and has the large audio jack input on the base of the speaker system. This system sounds and looks great!
