Octone Dynamic One V2 – HIFI Referenz In-Ear Earphones Headphone System Edition

I have owned several pairs of headphones over the years, from very cheap Phillips offerings all the way up to the very expensive Bose and Senheiser headphones. The Dynamic One V2 headphones blow all of these out of the water in terms of sound and that's without factoring in the amazing value of these headphones. I own two pairs of the original Dynamic One V1 headphones and can say that the V2 is not a significant improvement over the V1, so probably not worth rushing to upgrade. These new ones are however supplied with more accessories than the original, which is a very nice addition considering they cost no more than the V1.The build quality is nice with solid metal buds and a good assortment of comfy ear tips, although the foam ones seem to work much better for me as they block more outside sound. The cable is a braided fabric with an attached Velcro cable tidy, which I did not find very useful so I cut it off the cable. They are meant to be anti tangle cables but this doesn't work amazingly, they are however much better than other so-called anti tangle headphones.In terms of sound the Dynamic One V2's are stunning, the highs are nice and crisp but not too abrasive, as some headphones in this price point can be. The mids are very balanced nice and clear with good vocal reproduction, and the bass is nice and thuddy but not boomy like some headphones can be. They also get nice and loud and go very quiet too when needed with minimal sound leaking out and annoying nearby people. Overall for the price they are an absolute steal.
