It had the exact combination of features my wife needed for email, Skype, internet access, and routine Microsoft Office tasks - and at a great price. Everything works just fine! 3 USB 3.0 ports would have been nice instead of two plus one 2.0 port - but really that has caused no problems

Great for the price!
Works great for me The only issue I had was there were multiple updates and it took a while to load so at first I was upset at how slow it was. Once I realized what was going on, now it works really well and am very happy

Nice laptop for college students
The laptop came the next day and I set it up with no problems. Nice laptop for college students. My last laptop was horrible and now I have enough space to store my files for my courses plus the performance is much better.

This computer is possibly the slowest I have ever purchased. My honest thinking is it is defective. I can’t blame that on amazon. But right out of the box only adding adobe reader and Microsoft works it is entirely to slow coming on and off and switching between screens and programs 😕

Ac plug in issues
Where you plug the power in so it charges become loose and had to spend another chunk of change to get geek squad to fix it... be careful

Great laptop for the price....
Very easy to use, love the textured cover and keyboard -a really big plus - no fingerprint marks, which is a really nice feature. Touch screen is great if you want to get to something quickly without using the mouse. Windows 10 is a nice feature since I am very familiar with it from using it at work.Very happy I choose the model with the disc drive so I am able to play CDs or DVDs and it comes with 1T of space, which is great!This is my first laptop and I have had it for a month. So far, very happy with my purchase and I would recommend it to a friend.
