I purchased this book for my course and it has really helped me have a better perspective in I/O psychology. The chapters explain the field and provide good insight.

Great Textbook. Paul Levy does a wonderful job at explaining Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He brings it down so psychology majors can understand the framework.

This book covered exactly what I needed. I am glad it wasn't big and bulky.

Horribly boring book.

This was a required read for a class, It was OK for the class but not something I would recommend you read unless you are in a class or doing research on the topic

Good Undergraduate level book. Would like to see more "psychology' in this text, otherwise, it's a very readable book. Material is mostly relevant to human resource management and HR law. Not exactly what I thought it would be but enjoyable book overall.
