The older varieties will open and loose their button-like tightness. Flower Sprout looks like a tiny cabbage with green frilly leaves, streaked with purple. This variety has a fantanstic complex taste of a sprout with the mild, sweet nutty taste of kale. It is winter hardy and full of Vitamin E. Rosenkohl sieht anders aus!
Nach dem ich im Februar diese Sorte Rosenkohl im Restaurant serviert bekommen hatte, dachte ich mir schmeckt - kann man mal probieren anzubauen.Das Päckchen kam von den PHILIPIENEN was mich sehr verwunderte. Der hatte eine völlig andere Verpackung als auf dem gezeigten Bild und zu guter letzt wie man auf dem Bild unschwer erkennen kann war das Geld zum Fenster raus geschmissen. Denn das was da wächst ist alles mögliche, aber kein Rosenkohl!!!
