absolutely beautiful. time really helps with the pedal. its maybe a bit "subtle" and "underwhelming' at first but once you spend some time and learn how to dial it in with your rig/sound its will quickly be nearly impossible to not use on everything.

a million times yes!It's great because it gets the harsh string sounds out of the way of the vocals quicker.the only thing is, you'll have to get used to gain staging your pedal board. It's not a replacement for a Q-Tron, although it does do a similar thing if you can get the gain going into it just right. I'm thinking of getting one of those as well.Even if you don't gain stage it, the extra harmonics and volume are nice.

I recommend this pedal to anyone who's looking for "lo-fi" style effects. The semi-random modulation is the heart of this thing. The tone layered over it is muffled, warm, gooey, all that. If it's not warm enough, put it right before an overdrive pedal with low gain and you're set. The only thing that I don't like is that the effect can be so subtle that you really have to tweak to dial it in, and the sweet spot tends to be elusive. It's in there, though, and will make you happy if you love the sound of a guitar run through a broken record player or HAM radio.

I have this pedal as an fx layer signal after my mixer into my boss tabletop looper and it is absolutely worth every penny. It makes anything sound more alive/interesting and less stock-preset.I’ve tried the lofi junkie with this setup and there is too much hiss to loop. But this pedal, however, perfectly fits my needs. Subtle and beautiful processing from Fairfield Circuitry!

Not for everyone! If you have never tried chorus or phaser etc stombox, you probably don't need it and you probably won't like it.But if you are looking for unique modulation full of weirdness and flavour, then look no more.Exceptional sound, exceptional build quality and feel.

This thing gives me the chills. Perfect cassette tape sound, look and feel.

Coming from a guy who only has a fww cheap BOSS pedals, this pedal is a must have for any emo/ambient musician out there. More specifically guitar or synth. Its very fun and worth the price!

this effect is the shiznits due to its randomizer (which makes it feel organic). HOWEVER, for $260 no adapter? come on man. Fulltone sells the best ones for 19 dollars, with no hum, motorboating or droning (which a lot of adapters, if not all do have).
