I've found this quite a help with my neck pain; it's stopped the sharp, shooting pains down the bottom of my neck and made me able to sit at a computer for longer. It's comfortable, as you can choose how much to pump it up, and it deflates fairly quickly so you can change the amount of support. Useful for when reading in bed, too.
