Absolutely brilliant kit, comes with so many of the additional bits you'd otherwise not know you need. Excellent installation instructions, and the thermostat looks really nice as well.Other than a power cable of the right rating for supply which you/your electrician will have to find under the floor boards, the only other things you need to buy to complete an installation with this is:1) Back box to mount the thermostat to the wall,2) An in-line RCD to protect the feed, and3) Levelling compound to cover the mat in readiness for your chosen floor.Great product, would buy again and recommend.

With occasional use - 1 year later and it's still working. Reasonable product, easy to fit (but be especially careful not to damage the wires). Used under porcelain tiles for bathroom.* UpdateAfter 3.5 years this still is working perfectly. Happy to say from a durability point of view, it has met our expectations* Update Oct 2021So 6 years later and it's still going strong. Thumbs up for sure 👍

Bought enough for a small kitchen floor area of 3sqm with the wall thermostat. Was sceptical about the heat output but proved really good and toasty below ceramic floor tiles.update 2016: this has now been in place over a year and through all climes. It is still very, very good, easy to control via digi thermostat. It has turned our poky chilly (catflap draft) kitchen into the best room to stand in. We had tried plinth heating prior but this is noisy and uneven in distribution. Will use again in more areas if flooring type allows

I put this in our shower room and it is fantastic, no more icy cold feet when coming out the shower. It was very easy to install and is well worth the money.I had to buy a switch box (£1.30) for the control display to sit in the wall, but apart from that it's all there.I would definitely consider installing this when re-flooring other rooms in the future.

Late review, had this in my bathroom for about 11 months, it's just great, installation was easy, a layer of self levelling compound over it and tiles down. Would say that it's one of the best diy jobs I've done

All installed and checked as working. The programmer is a nightmare, neither me or my installer ( who has fitted many underfloor heating systems) can get this to work. So I now have a bathroom with underfloor heating which I cannot switch on. I have Googled operating instructions but none have helped. Does anyone know of a helpline I could contact?

Easy to lay and the tape stuck better on backer boards,lovely to stand on when coming out of shower. I would use the matting again, price was good.

Great but, never came across a digital timer/clock that runs fast!!
