Cholula Smoky Chipotle Salsa (Hot), 12 oz

YES YES YES, worth it! Bought all three, this was the first one I tried and I LOVE IT. The Salsa Verde is not for me, in my opinion it's weak and tasteless but I haven't tried the regular salsa. But this one is worth it all, the spice the taste is so good. The smell threw me off but it taste great and the spice is definitely there. It's more runny than thick but it taste great with local carniceria chips ❤️‍🔥 especially IGA Foodland.

Delicious smoked japapeno flavor without jyst heat. Savory blend of vegetables has made this my favorite salsa for all purposes. Particularly good to mix with chorizo and eggs but definitely compliments any latin dish and many American dishes too. Scarce to find in the grocery store.

Taste really good, I love it, just way too small of a jar. 5 stars for the taste, 3 stars for the value.Update: I comment on the wrong product! Ordered this, but it never came, the seller send me something else instead. HA!

Like all Cholula products, this salsa is delicious. I'm I big fan of the Cholula Smoky Hot Sauce, so when my wife discovered a jar of this Cholula Chipotle Salsa at the grocery store she bought it for me. We loved it SO much that we started to wonder if the grocery store would carry a steady supply. Checking Amazon, I saw that it was available here in twin packs - AND cheaper than the local grocery store despite the shipping cost. I ordered a twin pack and then my wife suggested I order another twin pack - just in case! The plan now is that whenever we get down to 2 jars, we'll order another twin pack so we'll never run out. It's THAT good!

Tastes good but could this small glass container really contain 44 grams of sugar!

Very flavorful and spicy. It has just the right amount of heat without jeopardizing the flavor profile.

Not the spice level of chipotle but close in texture.It's more of a watery based restaurant style salsa

Absolutely awful. I’ve been in Texas for over 20 years so I’ve had lots of salsa and this is by far the worst ever anywhere. I’ve had ”salsa” in other states that was literally just canned crushed tomatoes and it’s better than this one from Cholula. For the first time in my entire life I was not able to finish a bowl of salsa. The never waste food but this was just not edible. Chipotle peppers should be smoked not charred. This salsa has an overwhelming taste of acrid bitter burned peppers. There are pieces of charred pepper skin in the salsa. I use chipotle peppers in various dishes that I cook and I’ve never had any charred/burned.
