I just got it this afternoon, it didn’t come with any instructions but luckily it’s pretty easy without them. I feel the sticks that came with it could be more durable but it seems to be doing the job. I got two of them for my two cats, and they can easily share one together no problem.

The only thing that was difficult about assembly, the metal rod was not able to be covered by the velcro

Super impressed by the solid folding brackets on this. They feel extremely secure, and the mechanism to fold them is well designed and easy to use. Suction cups hold well, and I appreciate that the pad is detachable for washing. Definitely superior to a lot of the cheap flimsy junk that I've bought for my cats in the past.The first one I received was missing a connector for the rods, and the company sent a replacement immediately.Slight cons: If you fold the perch down, it blocks light from the window. This is a reasonable result of use and not a design flaw, but something to be aware of when you consider where to place it

Not sure why but it wouldn't stay secured to my windows. I cleaned them and dried before installation.

The media could not be loaded.  It holds so well but I had to add a bit of water so it would stay put. Totally recommend

I assembled and attached this product to the window exactly per the instructions. I put my 7.5 lb cat on it and it immediately fell! I'm thankful that my cat was not injured! I returned it. Do not buy this. It is not safe!!!

I followed all the directions, but it still falls off the window. It's just too heavy and the stickers only really stick on the inner part of the suction cup. Returning it.

This is a very good design. I had a little bit of trouble getting the supports threaded through the fabric but when all was assembled and mounted, it held up perfectly. The only trouble I had was convincing my friends to go hang out on it. I tried rubbing in some catnip and they took turns trying it but they wouldn't stay on it. Maybe my cats are just not adventurous enough but I see no reason that this would not be perfect for them.

My cat lives his new window seat. He broke his old one, made of plastic. The only drawback is the suction cups were bent and I had to flatten them before they adequately stuck. But love the colour and the mesh seat.

Was secure on the window. No wires for the cats to chew. Can be moved easily
