I got this Black Cohosh supplement from Happi Mi Nutrition for my mom after having a great experience with some of their other products. After just a few days of taking it, she told me she noticed a difference, especially in her mood and day to day function.She said she feels more balanced and enjoys taking it, and she really likes the added ingredients in the formula. It’s reassuring to know it’s working for her and that it’s a high quality product from a brand we trust.Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for a solid Black Cohosh supplement.

Unfortunately I started a menopause and hot flashes wake me up every night, I was soaking wet and hot like a fire. This Black Cohosh helps me so much and hot flashes disappeared. Highly recommended.

Black cohosh is an ally for me as I have PCOS and am perimenopausal. I like taking black cohosh to fend off cramps, and feel that it balances me well. At two capsules, the recommended dose on this bottle is way more than the average, so to me one capsule is more than sufficient. One a day works just fine, and this bottle is a 3-month supply so a good price. I’m grateful that the supplement is vegan and produced with plant-based capsules.4 stars instead of 5 because I would like to know more about the company before giving it the highest rating. There isn’t good information online or a clear website for the company just yet. I’d like to research product company of origin, and where the organic certification is from. All that said, this product works for me and I appreciate what seems to be good quality, so a solid 4 stars!

I’m going through menopause and am looking for as many natural remedies as possible to ease my symptoms. I’m combining black cohosh with maca and Ashwagandha in the evening. I take turmeric and moringa in the morning. Look for the highest dose possible. Pretty much all my symptoms are eliminated when I take this combination. If I stop prioritizing myself, and don’t take my supplements, my symptoms come back ferociously!! All of them- the night sweats, the joint pain, the weight gain, the brain fog and low energy. When I am strict about my supplements it’s LITERALLY all I have to do to completely eliminate the symptoms. Do it for yourself. Prioritize yourself , and be gentle to yourself as you move thru this stage in your life. These supplements can play a positive part!

Up until a couple months ago, I had not heard of Black Cohosh. Once I read that it supposedly gave some menopausal relief, I wanted to see if it also provided PMS relief. I've always had rough PMS but it has increased so much more in my 40's.When I first gave it a try, I started on the day that I first started having symptoms. It took over a week, maybe up to 2 weeks to get into my system and provide relief. (I rarely have just one week of PMS.) By the time I got my period, it wasn't as severe as it usually is which was also a HUGE relief!Supplements can do amazing things and are well worth researching and trying out. I'm very happy with this product and so glad I decided to try it out. It would probably be a lot better in combination with some kind of mood support, like ashwagandha, as I have found amazing benefits with that, as well.

Helps me with hot flashes. I have been taking half of the daily dose (just one instead of two) because I didn't think I needed the higher amount. They work and no side effects.
