This book had information that was helpful and I will keep this in my personal library as a reference. I would recommend this book.

Required for grad school at Concordia University of Austin, Texas. The book came fast and in good shape to my door step.

While no resource is ever going to be perfect, I can safely say this was the most practical textbook I have ever used. The activities were clear and easily modified to fit the specifics I required and the in-basket activities alone were worth the price of the book. My students all felt the same way and reported it was the most helpful book giving them the most useful, practical practice than any they'd had before.

This book allows you to think about the importance of being an administrator in today's education system. You have to buy and read it. It will be of great help.
