BagTrek Gym Sack/Sports Bag - 20 Colours

The bag arrived quickly and seemed of reasonable quality for the cheap price. However it was clear to me immediately that it was much smaller than that advertised. Contact with the seller was unsatisfactory - I could return the item (at my expense) for a refund! For the cost and inconvenience it wasn't really worth the hassle. They claimed they would only refund postage if there was a problem with the item and not merely because I wasn't 'satisfied' with it! There was a problem - it was too small!! They need to ensure their product description is correct.

Sturdy, waterproof, bargain price. Held a heavy bottle of water among other items on my walks.Lose one star for the nonsensical discount offer.Advertised as FREE delivery. Discount if you buy 3 items or more. I purchased 4 items and a discount was applied, but then I had to pay for postage and packaging. I ordered them individually and contacted the seller for the discount offer, explaining there was no FREE delivery when ordering 3 items or more. I was informed I had to pay for the postage and packaging for all 4 items if I want the discount (which was obviously more expensive). Does not make sense, especially when all 4 items were received in 1 package.Bag very good - great price. Seller - not very good. Bad customer service. They should have honored the discount.

What you see is what you get, in terms of colour. The colours are bright and as shown on the selling page. In terms of durability, the quality is reasonable according to the price. So don't expect the bag to last through daily rough use for years and years. For carrying children's sports/PE kit, or a change of spare clothes, it is ideal and the surface can be written on with a permanent ink marker. It stays in shape and will withstand washing. So far it has lasted 3 years however it has not been daily use, and used only during term time.

The bag was delivered quickly and would be ideal for the purpose it was bought for other than it measures smaller than the details on the product page. Specified as 47 x 38 cm but it actually measures 43 1/2 x 34 cm. I got the bag for gym use to carry cable machine ankle straps and a squat-bar pad which measures 40 cm long x 9 cm diameter. In view of the slightly bulky nature of the pad, when it is placed square in the bag, it comes to the top of the fabric of the bag, and only just inside when put in across the diagonal (so the drawstring still can't be pulled completely shut over the pad). I'll be keeping the bag though as it is good value for money, and will lend itself to other uses.

ripped off like a paper bag, was going to use as shopping bag for smaller items. no sharp cornered items. stitching seems to be very poor, strings start to worn out and you would get the sense they will snap at any point.

I ordered the "apple green" bag and an orange bag (that is pictured as amber orange), both advertised as 47x38cm. I received a fluoro green bag measuring 44 x 34 cm, and a bright fluorescent orange bag measuring 43 x 31.5cm. Requested a refund, but seller replied that they are as advertised - so I sent details and photo but never heard from them again. Amazon refunded me the money instead.

Having bought two I then ordered a further threeSuch a versatile item. I use one for having my swim wear , goggles, towel . Flip flops ready for holiday,s,one for an overnight bag in the boot should I find myself too tired to drive home from a distant meeting, one for shoes and one as a travel laundry bag and one as sports bag.Brilliant simple item, great range of colours , many uses and very fast deliveryMy only negative comment is one should not pay multiple postage and packing when buying more than one!! I was tempted to knock one star off for this but hey it's still only around £2.

I liked that the Gym sack arrived VERY quickly and WELL within the 'expected delivery' time. I cannot see how this company makes money at the price of this item. There were other VERY similar (perhaps even identical) items for sale at TWICE the price (and more from other vendors). The bag is well made and sturdy. It replaces a similar bag I've had for years which I used in the same way but which is now worn out. I've used it to carry (3x2litre) drink bottles back from the shops and sometimes just for shopping. It is VERY handy being so lightweight yet strong and folds away unnoticeably when not in use.
