We have an electronic bidet and you can’t sit on the lid. (But we love it and that’s a small price to pay.). Therefore to “dress”, we needed a seating option, and this does the trick beautifully. Stable and just right for us.

This is trash. All the screws were stripped out of the wood slats on one side and it was very hard to open. Once it was opened it doesn’t open to 90 degrees it is pitched back toward the wall. $100 and my time wasted.

BEWARE : NOT TEAK WOOD.
After 4 months , a board is warped. Update: now it’s cracking and strange white mildew reappears after every cleaning in these cracks. After analyzing the wood, it’s oak. Just look at the pics, anyone who knows oak can see it right away.
